A book full of rules and regulations called constitution was enforced on our land on this day (26th Jan). Let's understand some facts about the Constitution of Bharat!

Why was a British loyal chosen to draft a constitution for Bharat (why not a loyal to the native culture)?

- Because Brits can have indirect control even after leaving this land if a British loyal puts rules and regulations for people of this land.

Why no native agencies or organizations were consulted while drafting a constitution for Bharat?

- Because native people/agencies/organizations reject British interests and demand to adopt native interests in the constitution.

When we think that a government should serve people, why does constitution think that a government is a master and people are slaves?

- Because... When you think you are going on a vacation and until your return, kids in your house must maintain the house as you want. Then you would write down a book full of rules and regulations and you insist kids in the house to strictly follow your book.

You know very well that there will be dumb kids who will just follow your words without a second thought. You make such kids the leaders of the house while leaving, so that they keep the house in your favor.

Why constitution was made in a sense that people are bad and hence there's a need for a constitution to fix the people?

- Because... When you think you are going on a vacation, you don't like kids in the house to grow their own wisdom and strength. You know you will lose control on house and kids if they become strong against you.

Then you would write down a book full of rules and regulations. Make kids in the house believe that they're backward and they will become like you - a master, if they follow your book strictly.

Who blindly decided 'people of Bharat are bad, illiterate, backward, uneducated and they must be taught about everything'?

- It's us, The Brits. Because otherwise we will lose control on your land(Hindusthan) if people of this land grow confidence and self-respect. They(Hindusthanis) serve us(brits) best when they are morally down and think for themselves that they are suitable only to serve us.

Even the writer of constitution - Benegal Narasimha Rao (who was a loyal servant to British rulers) says "I shall be the first person to burn this book, because it does not suit anybody"!

Was the constitution assembly (which was responsible for creating a constitution for Bharat) chosen by independent Bharat?

- No. Constitution assembly was formed based on interests of British rulers of the time.

Was constitution approved by the people of Bharat?

- No, those who wrote the constitution approved it by themselves! It's like i write my homework and i will only give marks to my homework!

Constitution of Bharat was never reviewed/approved by any independent bodies of independent Bharat! Constitutions of Brazil, US and other countries were created by one entity and were reviewed by other entities before enforcing. Constitution assembly visits different countries to collect various rules and regulations, but why it did not follow review process from other countries?!

You might know about so many amendments made to constitution under congress government. But for what they amended the constitution?

- To flame the communities against one another by giving reservations to one and ignoring the other. All Italian lady's congress party cares for is the appeasement politics, power and wealth. For them, if Bharat gets into trouble, they've got many other countries to fly away and settle.

But for Hindusthanis this is the only land to live!

After a long time gap we have got a nationalist government which cares for native interests. It's wise to take advantage of this moment to correct the mistakes inserted inside constitution.
